The national level of administration contains the National Executive Committee (NEXCOM) presided over by the NACO and composed of the Chief Director, the Immediate Past National Commodore (NIPCO), NAVCO, and ARCOs. The National Directorate Commodores (NADCO-MS, NADCO-RBS, NADCO-OMS) may attend NEXCOM meetings, but are not voting Auxiliarists of the NEXCOM.  The NEXCOM functions as the Auxiliary’s senior leadership and management team.
